What Information I collect, and why.
When you ask for a quotation, you will be requested to submit your personal information like “Name, Email address, Phone Number, City Location, Age, Budget and Requirements”.
The information will  open up a good exchange of communication thread between you and me, as your servicing Licensed Real Estate Sales Person. It is common courtesy that we introduce ourselves properly to an assisting Sales Person. He or she will be your assistant from the start to finish. (Reservation Stage to unit turn-over).

Your contact details will be shared with my Senior Branch Manager, Marissa Rea. She may also endorse your contact details to some members of our Sales Team. A Team is needed to handle and to give attention to these bulk inquiries so that we all get the result we both wanted. And that is to help you get the property you require.

To purchase real estate property, certain level of trust must be given by both sides.
To hold a unit for you, we need your full name and address.
To send you the quotation you seek, we need a good, working email address.
To check if you are still capable of availing bank financing, we need to know your age, and sometimes, if trust is at its peak, we also ask for your Gross Monthly Income and phone number.
